Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with High DEEMand (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made unless otherwise stated.

Because items are custom printed, embroidered, or decorated:

  • All sales are final.
     
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
     
  • Refunds are not provided for approved designs.
     

3. Artwork & Design Responsibility

If you provide artwork:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to use the design.
     
  • You assume responsibility for any copyright or trademark violations.
     
  • High DEEMand is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
     

If we create artwork for you:

  • Design proofs must be reviewed and approved before production.
     
  • Once approved, High DEEMand is not responsible for spelling errors, layout issues, or design elements that were visible in the proof.
     

4. Proof Approval Policy

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof (when applicable).

  • Production will not begin until written approval is received.
     
  • Approval confirms that you have reviewed spelling, sizing, placement, and colors.
     
  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
     

5. Client-Provided Garments

If you provide garments:

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
     
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing fabric flaws.
     
  • We are not responsible for shrinkage, dye migration, or unexpected print reactions.
     
  • A spoilage rate of up to 3% is considered industry standard.
     

We strongly recommend providing extra garments to account for possible misprints.

6. Color & Print Variations

Due to screen differences, fabric types, and printing processes:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs.
     
  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless Pantone matching is specifically agreed upon in writing.
     
  • Slight placement variation (within industry tolerance) may occur.
     

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order.

Turnaround times:

  • Begin once payment and proof approval are received.
     
  • May vary depending on order size, garment availability, or production schedule.
     

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment may be required in full before production begins.
     
  • Large or event-based orders may require a deposit.
     
  • Final balances must be paid before items are released or shipped.
     

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders for non-payment.

9. Shipping & Delivery

High DEEMand is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers.
     
  • Lost or damaged packages once transferred to the shipping provider.
     

Shipping insurance may be added upon request.

10. On-Site / Live Event Services

For live printing or event logistics services:

  • A service agreement outlining staffing, setup, and timing will be provided.
     
  • Clients are responsible for venue access, power access (if required), and space allocation unless otherwise agreed.
     
  • Deposits may be non-refundable for reserved event dates.
     

11. Limitation of Liability

High DEEMand’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
     
  • Lost profits
     
  • Event losses due to delays outside our control
     

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
     
  • Supply chain disruptions
     
  • Equipment failure
     
  • Illness
     
  • Government actions
     

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Return and Refund Policy


Refund & Returns Policy

1. Custom Orders – Final Sale

All items produced by High DEEMand are custom-made to order.

Because each item is created specifically for the customer:

  • All custom orders are final sale.
     
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for approved custom designs.
     
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
     

Please review all proofs, sizes, quantities, and details carefully before approval.

2. Proof Approval Responsibility

Once a digital proof is approved:

  • High DEEMand is not responsible for spelling errors, design placement, or color selections shown in the approved proof.
     
  • Changes requested after approval may require additional fees.
     

Your approval confirms that all details are correct.

3. Client-Provided Garments

If you provide your own garments:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by fabric defects, dye migration, shrinkage, or print reaction.
     
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer flaws.
     
  • A small spoilage rate (up to 3%) is considered standard in the apparel industry.
     

We recommend providing extra garments when possible.

4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If we make an error (such as printing a design different from the approved proof), we will:

  • Reprint the affected items at no additional cost, or
     
  • Provide a refund for the affected portion of the order.
     

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
     
  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue.
     
  • Include your order details.
     

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

5. Color Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting, fabrics, and printing processes:

  • Slight color variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds.
     
  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.
     

6. Shipping Issues

High DEEMand is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
     
  • Lost or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the carrier.
     

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

7. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If we offer non-custom, ready-made items in the future:

  • Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of receipt.
     
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
     
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

(Custom items remain non-returnable.)

8. Event Services

Deposits for live event printing or logistics services may be non-refundable, as event dates are reserved in advance.

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your event agreement.
